Avvisi ufficiali: si informa che + indicativo (invariabile) vs si passivante con un nome (si vendono appartamenti)
Understand official notices that keep si + che invariable (si informa che...) and si passivante that agrees with a noun (si vendono appartamenti).
From the scene Si informa che... (Notice is given that…)
In short
Notices: si informa / si comunica che + indicativo, verb singular; si prega di + infinitive. Si + plural noun agrees.

tenants are notified → si comunica che...
How it works
In official notices, si + verb + che introduces a fact and the verb stays singular, because a che-clause isn't a plural noun to agree with.
Good to know
Si informa che lo stabile ha un nuovo proprietario, si comunica che c'è un termine.
Good to know
Si prega di + infinitive asks politely, never si prega che + congiuntivo.
Good to know
When si passivante (si affitta, si vendono) goes with a plural noun instead, the verb agrees with it: si vende un appartamento, si vendono appartamenti.
