Strutturare un discorso: passo ora a, va sottolineato che, va precisato che, d'altra parte, per concludere

Give a short structured talk: announce, add, highlight and conclude.

From the scene Passo ora a… (Next…)

In short

Signpost a talk: passo ora a, d'altra parte, per concludere. Va + participle = must be: va sottolineato che.

Your turn

Which one goes with it is worth stressing that…?

Options: va precisato che… · va sottolineato che… · passo ora a spiegare perché…

Show answer

it is worth stressing that… → va sottolineato che…

How it works

A formal talk signposts its structure. Passo ora a + infinitive announces the next part; d'altra parte adds another angle; per concludere wraps up.

Good to know

Va + past participle means "must be / should be" (va sottolineato che = it should be stressed that, va strutturata = it needs structuring), and the participle agrees with what it refers to.
