Future plans use the futur simple. Aller has the stem ir- (j'irai, nous irons), never j'allerai.

How it works
To talk about future plans, use the futur simple: add -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont to the infinitive (drop the final e for -re verbs).
