From the scene Hace una semana (A week ago)

In short

Preterite + hace + time means ago; present + desde hace + time means for, still true. Ya no: not any more.

  • an hour ago hace una hora
  • for two days (still true) desde hace dos días
  • until summer hasta el verano
  • not any more ya no

Your turn

Which one goes with for two days (still true)?

How it works

Preterite + hace + time = "ago": me llamó hace una hora (he called me an hour ago).
