Say you have just done something with acabar de + infinitive: acabo de enviar. Only acabar changes.

How it works
Acabar de + infinitive = to have just done something.
Good to know
Only acabar changes (acabo, acabas, acaba); the second verb stays in the infinitive, and a pronoun can go on its end: acabas de enviarlo.
