Ho mangiato, hai visto, è arrivata

Say what you have (or have not) done.

From the scene Ho già mangiato (I've already eaten)

In short

Avere plus past participle also means 'have done': ho mangiato. Arriving and going take essere, with agreement: è arrivata.
