How it works
S'appeler means "to be called": je m'appelle = my name is, comment tu t'appelles ? = what's your name?, il/elle s'appelle = his/her name is.
Good to know
Traps: me/te/se shrink to m'/t'/s' before the vowel, and enchanté gets an extra e when a woman says it (enchantée) — same sound.
