Delete your Lexayo data

Lexayo is designed to give you full control of your data. There are two separate stores depending on whether you're signed in.

If you're signed out (default)

Your progress lives only in your device's local storage. Nothing has ever left the device. To delete it:

• In the app: open Settings → Reset all progress.
• Or clear your browser's site data for lexayo.com.

That's it — there is no server-side data tied to a signed-out user.

If you have an account

If you signed up with an email + password, your progress also syncs to our server. To delete the account and all associated data:

We'll delete your account record and all associated learning progress within 7 days, and reply to confirm. There is no fee.

What gets deleted

• Your email address (used for sign-in).
• Your password hash.
• Your sync'd learning progress (which words you've seen, your streak, etc.).

We never collected anything else — no name, location, contacts, device IDs, advertising identifiers, or analytics. See the privacy policy for the full list.

Retention

After deletion is processed, no backups retain your data. We do not share account data with third parties, so there is nothing to retract from external systems.
